After breakfast, take a short drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. After checking into your hotel, you will visit the Memorial Chorten, a stupa built in memory of the 3rd King of Bhutan. You will also visit Buddha Dordenma Statue, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world, offering panoramic views of Thimphu valley. Later, stroll around Thimphu Town to explore its shops and cafes.

After breakfast, drive to Punakha, enjoying scenic views of the Dochula Pass, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Himalayas (weather permitting). Upon arrival in Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong, which is located at the confluence of the Pho and Mo rivers and is one of the most majestic dzongs in Bhutan.

Today, explore more of Punakha. Visit the Chimi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility, and take a peaceful walk through the paddy fields. Later, explore the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a stunning hilltop temple with panoramic views of the valley.

After breakfast, drive back to Paro. Along the way, stop to visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most revered temples. Upon arrival in Paro, check into your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
